I met JoAnn at a networking group called Working Women Connection and I started using her services shortly thereafter. JoAnn is a highly ambitious entrepreneur with extremely high standards for her business and employees. Also, JoAnn is woman of high character and believes in giving back to her community. She has provided free services to many woman undergoing treatment for cancer. I highly recommend and support JoAnn in any of her endeavors. Also, she has been a tremendous leader within our networking group. She is very inspiring to be around and she is very down to earth with a great sense of humor. Although we started out as business associates, I feel blessed to have her as my friend.

I want to thank JoAnn's Professional Touch for all the kindness and consideration shown to me during my cancer treatment and recovery time through Cleaning For A Reason. We have found the staff from Jo Ann's to be extremely professional and consistent in their cleaning services. In fact, we have never had to make a complaint about the services we have received. We have used these services since July of 2006. We had thought of getting somebody to help with housework due to age and health problems. This company was suggested to us and after their first or second visit we were hooked. They are thorough, going above and beyond when cleaning, pleasant to be around and really aim to please their customers. It is obvious they have been well trained. To say we have been pleased is putting it mildly and would recommend them to anybody. The owners constantly check to see if things are to your liking, asking you if there is anything they can do better, let them know. This is a real plus. We have been clients now for almost 8 years. We started off with Jo Ann, then Sylvia and now Darla and can't say enough good things about all of them. We have been treated very well throughout the years. Everyone is respectful, friendly and punctual . When we ask for something special or point out something that may have been missed (rare) it is handled immediately and without a problem. No one gets defensive--they just take care of it.
