How long will you be here?
We charge by the job; So that time will vary, however, you will be charged the same price unless you request additional tasks beyond what we have priced you for.
Will I get the same person and/or team every time?
We cannot guarantee it, but we can make a considerable effort to have your regular tech at your home / job site with prior notice. This is a high turnover industry. To combat this, we do everything we can to keep our valuable employees happy, but not at the expense of maintaining detailed client information on your home.
Will you be one of those 'rush, rush' companies?
No. We are an efficient, professional cleaning company. Taking great care and pride in our work and your home is a priority.
Do I have to pick up before you come?
No. We will just work around your stuff if we need to, or you may use some hourly time to have us pick up.
How do you handle entry?
We can do whatever you need. Of course, a key provides us the freedom to complete the job without bothering you. We are licensed, bonded and insured with a good reputation.
What if there is more work than expected?
We can give you a call if we have time to do more and you can just pay an additional hourly fee. Or, we can schedule a return visit in order to complete all the tasks.
Is there a supervisor on every job?
Our employees are required to report into their supervisor at the start and completion of every job performed for each day. If additional assistance is needed, the supervisor will make the necessary arrangements to see to it that the job is completed as promised.
What time of day will you arrive?
We typically establish a 2 hour window, but if you would like to reserve at least 4 hours, we can give you a set time slot.
