Payment - Your credit card will be charged the morning of your 1st Time service date. Appointments are only guaranteed with a credit card or pre-payment. You will be charged for the lower estimated amount. If more time is needed and was pre-approved, the additional charge will be processed upon completion.
Our work is guaranteed! If you are not satisfied for any reason, call our office within 24 hours from the date and time of completion of your visit, for a re-clean of the unsatisfactory areas.
Cancellations - without a 24-hour (by noon) advance notice during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5pm) will result in a $50.00 charge to your credit card. Cancellations made after 5 pm on Fridays for the following Monday service date will result in the total contract fee being charged to your credit card.
